Project Design Brief
The Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong as the flagship property of the Mandarin Oriental Group celebrated 50 years through 2013 and undergone necessary renovations in particular in the commercial kitchen.
The idea was to introduce in a solution that is long-lasting, improving hygienic aspects within the kitchen and at the same time maneuvering the small space given.
With ACO's portfolio the Mandarin Oriental Group found exactly that as well as design support for the architect during all phases of the project.
